Great rooftop view and swimming pool. Good breakfast options in the restaurant and an attached cafe that served delicious coffee. The hotel is situated near famous tourist attractions and the shopping district. Definitely an ideal location to explore the city.
Horrible customer service, staff were rude and unhelpful. The rooms were not properly cleaned, and the beds were uncomfortable.

During my New Year's stay, I was impressed by the good quality of service provided by the hotel staff and how they constantly made sure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, as it was within walking distance to the main tourist attraction and a bustling market. Another highlight of the hotel was the delicious food at the on-site restaurant, which had a wide variety of dishes to choose from.
There were also some downsides to my stay. The rooms were not as spacious as I had expected, and some of the amenities offered were not up to par. For example, the TV in my room did not work properly, and the Wi-Fi connection was often weak. The ambiance of the hotel was also not that great, with some of the facilities appearing quite old and outdated. my stay had its highs and lows, but I haven't ruled out the possibility of coming back in the future.
